Careers

Culture

Aetta was founded and has been increasingly joined by people looking to be part of a practice where the people they work with value them for who they are and the work that they do, not just what their work brings in.

Many of us have migrated from larger firms in the Pacific Northwest and have found a culture that's actively engaged and fosters a sense of shared ownership, responsibility, the space for life, and a little fun.

If the prospect of investing your time and talent with people you can grow with is of interest, let's talk.

If you’re regional, you’ll no longer have to fight the south-going traffic to Portland or the northbound traffic to Seattle. That’s two hours of life gained a day, approximately 480 hours or 20 full days a year reclaimed as your own.

For those considering relocation, welcome to the beautiful, growing communities of northeast Vancouver.

Regionality

We're located in Battle Ground and Longview, Washington, and Palmer, Alaska.
