Rooted in a Legacy of Healing, Rebuilt for Today’s Needs
The Recovery Village South Atlanta is a physician-led, accredited adult rehab facility serving the Southern communities around Atlanta, Georgia. A new chapter of healing begins here with this existing building that had previously operated as an inpatient behavioral health facility. This made the layout of existing spaces nearly ideal for conversion to a modern therapeutic care facility.
Limited yet thoughtful interior renovations were implemented to create a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients seeking treatment. Modifications include new finishes, light fixtures,and plumbing fixtures throughout the building, and the conversion of existing spaces for use as group therapy and ancillary support spaces.
Exterior work included new covered seating areas, paved paths, and an outdoor recreation area, all protected by new privacy and security fencing. Parking areas were seal-coated and re-striped, and exterior finishes were repaired and re-coated to give a bright, refreshed face to the renovated facility.
