The Lacamas Creek Tech Center (LCTC) is a master-planned, multi-building development designed to contribute to the region’s economic growth, prosperity and civic aesthetic.
With a focus on creating versatile, adaptive spaces suitable for various tenants, our strategy was to provide functional spaces that enhance the visual aesthetics of the community through stone veneer and architectural wood detailing, adding elegance and warmth while complementing the natural surroundings.
